Guest Timelines:
We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, the benefit to an enjoyable relaxing treatment. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time so therefore the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Please notify the spa 24 hours proir to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedual. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted. Spa packages require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

CONTINUOUS NO SHOWS AND/ OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN HAVING THE CLIENT SECURE THEIR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH  A CREDIT CARD.

Cellular Phones:
To maintain a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, please set your cell phone on vibrate/refrain from using it while in spa.

Children:
In keeping a relaxed atmosphere, please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving services themselves.

Pets:
In consideration to our customers that may have allergies to animals, please refrain from bringing your pets to the spa.

Gratuities:
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Gift cards do not include gratuities. They may be added to a credit card, interac, or cheque. Envelopes are available at the front desk.

Product Return Policy:
For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened products.

Health Problems and Comfort Level:
Please notify the spa receptionest before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, if there is anything you would like us to address please inform the technician.

Shaving:
Shaving is not reccomended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.

What to Wear During a Treatment:
It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all our guests take a shower prior to arrival. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.

Multiple Services:
Services can be performed simultaneously, if you are pressed for time.

Products By Mail:
If you can't make it into the spa, we would be happy to ship any of our spa products.

Gift Certificates:
Upper Village Spa gift certificates can be customized to suit anyone for any occasion. Gift Certificates can be purchased by package, any denomination, or any single service in the salon. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
