CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Our orders are shipped Monday-Friday and take 48 hrs to process and are shipped within 2-3 business days via CANADA POST (excluding statuary holidays). Our corporate gift boxes are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURN
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any personal care goods, beauty products, robes, throws, slippers, and socks or opened products. Exchanges are valid for 7 days from the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable. Gift Cards are final sale.

 

DAMAGES

At UPPER VILLAGE SPA we take great pleasure in selecting only the finest products. If for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to provide a replacement. However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the damage.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value as required to ensure the timely delivery of your gifts. However, sometimes situations arise beyond our control. For instance, a supplier may discontinue a product or change packaging without notifying us. Please be assured that our goal is to exceed your expectations and build a long term relationship with you.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Information. You are entering into a secure webpage. UPPER VILLAGE SPA does not collect or store any information collected. We only use the information for one-time purchases and will not share it with any 3rd parties. The Website is operated by us, UPPER VILLAGE SPA ("we" and "us"), a company with limited liability situated in and operating under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

By visiting our Website, you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our Website means you accept those changes.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
Sometimes, but not regularly, we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable. This can occur if the item is refused at the time of delivery, an incorrect address was provided, the order was missing information, the recipient moved, or it was deemed not safe to be left.

If a gift is undeliverable, it is returned to UPPER VILLAGE SPA and the sender will be notified at the phone number and/or email address provided when the order was placed.

If this occurs, we will deliver a second time to the same address provided at no extra cost. Additional shipping fees will apply if the second delivery is unsuccessful.  

If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, the base value of the gift less the 15% handling and restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser. Please note the original delivery charge will not be refunded since the original delivery attempt was made.
