shipping & returns

Thank you for shopping with UPPER VILLAGE SPA.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 business days from your order date to make a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any skin and body care, footwear, robes, throws, and shower caps, or opened products. Please note UPPER VILLAGE SPA reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product does not respect the return policy or fails the quality inspection. In the case of a manufactory defect, we would take the product back. If your order is faulty or if you receive the wrong items, we will pay for the cost of return.  However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the damage.  UPPER VILLAGE SPA does assume the liabilities for the damage to the products during transit. Your return does not need to include the original receipt to be accepted. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs or you can return your product in person for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or receive a store credit.  Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund.
